AAA Western and Central New York has hired Jessica Nichols Wolfe as Manager of the Greece Travel & Insurance Center. Jess plans to use her extensive leadership and retail sales experience to build on AAA’s success in Greece and in Western New York.

Jess has broad multi-unit leadership experience, along with customer service leadership skills that she gained over the past 17 years working in a variety of regional roles for popular businesses including Vitamin Shoppe and Maurice’s. “I’m excited to be in a branch manager position and to work for an organization with a strong reputation focused on members,” she said. “AAA is aligned with my passion for people and taking care of my community.”

As a people person, Jess describes herself as having a strong passion to lead people. “I connect with them as individuals,” she said. “I’m excited to get to know the team in Greece.” 

Passionate about LGBTQ+ rights and other community efforts, Jess is originally from LeRoy and now lives in Batavia with her three young children who keep her very busy outside of work. She enjoys sports, yoga, and travel.

The AAA Greece Travel & Insurance Center is located at 2589 W. Ridge Road and offers a variety of travel, insurance, and membership services to the Rochester region.
