AAA Western and Central New York will be closing the Ithaca Travel & Insurance Center at 722 South Meadow Street, Suite 900, Ithaca, NY 14850. The last day of operation will be Monday, November 30th. No jobs were lost from this closure. Right now, AAA is offering a 30% discount on most retail items at the Ithaca Travel Store. 

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the way AAA members conduct business. With in-person business not always feasible or convenient, many members are choosing new ways to interact with AAA.

In July, AAA unveiled a new AAA.com experience to assist members from a remote environment. All AAA benefits and services are now available online, via video conference, email or phone; and, members can request services from the convenience, and safety, of their home. 

Although the brick and mortar Ithaca facility is closing, local AAA associates are still available to help Ithaca area members out of a different office, by phone, email, or virtually. 

There are two AAA locations in the Syracuse region, in DeWitt and Camillus. 

• The DeWitt AAA is located at 3460 Erie Boulevard East, Syracuse, NY 13214. The DeWitt direct phone number is 315-446-3134. 
• The Camillus AAA is located at 5103 West Genesee St. in Camillus, NY 13031. The Camillus direct phone number is 315-487-2700.

Members can visit AAA.com for detailed information on all services, contact information on individual agents or download the free AAA mobile app at AAA.com/mobile for on-the-go assistance. The app allows members to:
