AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce the promotion of Traci Schupp to Manager of the AAA KenTon Travel & Insurance Center, located at 1737 Sheridan Drive. Traci just celebrated her 18th year with AAA Western and Central New York. She got her start as a clerk in the Travel division and has held several positions over nearly two decades. 

“I’ve had so many roles at AAA that I can’t even count them all,” she joked. “I’ve always been in travel – from clerk to reception to team leader to assistant manager and now to the manager role.”

“I’m absolutely thrilled to be a part of the KenTon branch,” Traci said. “I encourage anyone in need of travel or insurance services to stop in and see us at the AAA Kenton location.”

Traci noted how her transition from Assistant Manager in Amherst to Manager in KenTon was seamless thanks to her team. “They have such a great level of teamwork and communication, and they cheer each other on,” she said.

Overseeing the KenTon office with its 13 associates is a bit of a homecoming for Traci, who is a Tonawanda native.
“I love my hometown and serving my community,” she said.

Traci was born in Tonawanda, and now resides there with her husband and two children. When she’s not busy working and being mom, you’ll find her enjoying the great outdoors, possibly on a hiking trail, in Western New York.

Traci originally earned her travel certificate at Niagara County Community College.
