About Me:

Megan will begin working at the AAA Greece location on April 3.

I have lived in Rochester all my life and didn’t travel much growing up. We camped quite often and took the occasional trip to Florida, but as far back as I can remember, the thought of travel has always excited me. Traveling allows us to see and experience the beauty of the world we live in. I knew that I wanted to get into the travel industry and after getting my Travel and Tourism degree, I found myself at AAA. Now that I am married and have 2 small children, I hope to pass the excitement along to them.

How I Can Help You:

My goal is to help you plan a vacation that is tailored to you. Here at AAA we have so many great travel benefits that extend beyond a hotel discount and it is my job to help you get the most value out of your trip. I will listen to your ideas and offer suggestions of my own. Whether it is a weekend in NYC or a National Parks trip, I am here to make the experience as seamless as possible and help you create memories that will last a lifetime.

Industry Experience:

My travels so far in the U.S. have been mainly along the east coast. Some of my favorite cities are Boston, NYC, and New Orleans, where I highly recommend making a stop (or two) at Café Du Monde near Jackson Square to try some of their beignets. I have been to Disney World several times as well as Universal Orlando. I have also been on many Royal Caribbean Cruises; one Disney Cruise and I spent my honeymoon in St. Thomas.

Favorite Vacation:

One of my favorite vacations was a southern Caribbean cruise that left out of San Juan, stopped in St. Thomas, St. Kitts, Antigua, St. Maarten, and Barbados. This was an extended family trip where we chose what we wanted to do during the day and met up every evening for dinner and shared our experiences. Aside from enjoying the views from our balcony, we explored an underground cave, took an island train ride, rode Segway’s, and snorkeled.

Dream Vacation:

If I had to choose just one vacation I would probably say Australia and New Zealand. If I could, I would spend an entire month traveling around, exploring and experiencing as much as I could. I would love to snorkel the Great Barrier Reef, climb the Sydney Harbor Bridge, visit Kangaroo Island, and much much more!
