I have been to Hawaii; Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Lanai. I have cruised twice on Princess Cruises and have been to Grand Cayman, Costa Maya, Honduras, Turks and Caicos, Bahamas, and Cozumel. I have also been to Jamaica at a Sandals resort for my honeymoon. Disney World has been my go-to vacation, which I go to every year, along with Universal Orlando and Disneyland. In the United States, Cape Cod has been my number one choice for summer vacations. In the United States I've vacationed in New York City, Los Angeles, Orlando, Asheville, and Myrtle Beach to name a few.
My favorite vacation is a toss up between Disney World and Hawaii. I was married in Disney World at their wedding pavilion right outside the Grand Floridian and had our reception in the ballroom of the Grand Floridian. The experience and the service we had to accommodate us and all of our guests at the resort was phenomenal. We even had a chance to see more of the behind the scenes of Disney because we had our wedding pictures taken in Magic Kingdom before the parks were open. As for Hawaii, my trip to Oahu has to be one of my favorites because of the beaches, the food, the culture and the hospitality we received while on the islands. This island is more of the hustle and bustle of city life which I absolutely loved. There was never a day of not knowing what we wanted to do and being a Hawaii 5-0 fan, I took the best tour I have ever been on, going behind the scenes of where this TV show is filmed but also getting the Hawaiian experience. Climbing Diamond Head, seeing Pearl Harbor, eating Dole whip, going to a luau and snorkeling in some of the clearest waters I have ever seen, are just a short list of why I love the Hawaiian islands and it will forever be one of my favorite vacations.
