Please take notice that the Annual Meeting of Members of AAA Western and Central New York (“AAA”) will be held on Monday, November 27, 2023, at 100 International Drive, Buffalo, New York, at 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of electing directors and for such other business that may properly come before the meeting.

Four candidates are to be elected directors. The following persons have been nominated to serve as directors for a three-year term:
