On March 31, Buffalo Business First held their annual Best Places to Work ceremony virtually. And AAA took home a bronze award!

AAA Western and Central New York placed in the top three rankings in the XL category among companies with 250-599 employees.

While AAA Western and Central New York has made the list of Best Places to Work for four consecutive years, since 2018, this is the first time the organization placed in the top three rankings, which are based solely on employee feedback.

“This is an honor we have achieved thanks to the feedback of our associates,” said Tony Spada, AAA Western and Central New York President and CEO. “The anonymous, annual survey conducted by Quantum Workplace for Buffalo Business First, asks our associates for their candid opinion of the workplace. We are thrilled with this year’s bronze award, and we owe it all to our dedicated workforce.”

Since Business First is a Buffalo publication, the survey was only open to associates in the Buffalo region, where AAA’s corporate office is located.

Here’s an example of what associates had to say about working at AAA Western and Central New York:

“AAA has an engaging workplace that has a positive culture. Everyone is helpful and respectful.”

“Our CEO took steps to keep us informed throughout the pandemic and he still shares a video every other week as a communication tool.”
