AAA Western and Central New York Announces New Board Member from Rochester

Suzanne Nasipak-Chapman Elected to AAA WCNY Board of Directors

AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to welcome Suzanne Nasipak-Chapman to its Board of Directors and is thrilled to have the Rochester executive join its leadership team.

Suzanne Nasipak-Chapman is Rochester’s Regional Executive of Insurance with USI. She serves as the community leader for an office of 60 risk management employees with over 1,200 clients. Her office is well known for its success in helping clients improve their balance sheets by controlling risk.  

“I’m excited to put my skills to work as a part of AAA’s Board of Directors,” Nasipak-Chapman said. “I look forward to working with such a strong member services organization in Rochester and across Western and Central New York.”

She brings expertise in insurance, which is very important to our organization and our community,” said Tony Spada, AAA WCNY President and CEO. “Suzanne’s knowledge will be extremely valuable as we expand our insurance division.”

Suzanne started her insurance career in 1987 with the independent brokerage Hatch Leonard. In 1997 she achieved partnership.  In 2005 the firm sold to First Niagara Bank, which was sold to Key Bank in 2016. USI acquired Key Insurance and Risk Management in 2018.

Active in the community, Suzanne currently serves on the boards of the Lifetime Assistance Foundation, Geva Theater, The Rochester Chamber, and the Center for Government Research. She has twice had the honor of being an Athena Finalist in Rochester. 
Suzanne will serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors for AAA Western and Central New York.

The 2021 Slate of Officers for AAA Western and Central New York’s Board of Directors includes: Louis DiPalma, Chairman of the Board; Laura Saxby Lynch, Vice Chair; Mark Wladis, Secretary; and Gary Crosby, Treasurer.
