AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce that Tracey Miller, International Travel Consultant, Penfield, has been awarded the AAA 2020 Superlative Award for the Highest Association Revenue Produced Overall for a mid-size AAA Club. Hundreds of AAA/CAA travel agents were eligible for this top-producer award, which was presented during the AAA Travel Annual Conference, held virtually this year, on November 3.

Tracey has worked with AAA for 31 years and finds the travel industry to be very rewarding. “I love to create a vacation of a lifetime for my clients,” Tracey said. “It can be Disney or Spain – wherever they dream of – I’m still going to do my best to make it the best trip ever!”

Personally, Tracey loves to visit Italy, which she calls her “favorite place in the world.”

This year, the Superlative Awards were based on the highest leisure travel sales volume from July 1, 2019 through March 30, 2020 and were limited to nine months due to COVID-19.

Throughout the pandemic, Tracey has kept a positive attitude working on behalf of her clients to obtain refunds from travel companies. She says she misses seeing her clients in person, who are like family and friends to her.

Tracey, who resides in Webster, looks forward to the safe return of travel.
