We are pleased to announce Brent Dahlhaus’ promotion from Safety Manager to Senior Manager of Property Management and Safety. In this new role, Brent will oversee the day-to-day operations of both the Property Management and Safety departments throughout the Western and Central New York region.

Brent began his career with AAA as Safety Manager seven years ago. During his tenure, Brent’s combined education, certifications, and leadership enabled his success with AAA Western and Central New York’s Safety Department. These factors influenced his desire to climb the career ladder within the organization.

“I feel at home with AAA,” Brent said. “I like how member-focused the organization is and how all of the associates work together towards a common goal: creating the best member experience. AAA’s commitment to both its members and associates is what I like the most about working here. And, I see my role as making the environment the best possible space for associates to do just that.”

Overseeing two departments, Safety and Property Management, for the Western and Central New York branches is no small feat; but, Brent is looking forward to the future. “The potential to play a role in associates’ development - that’s what I look forward to the most,” he said. “To support the development of future leaders, the club, and the departments all by providing a conducive, safe environment, it’s an investment in the associates, which in turn is an investment in the members.”

Brent worked in the school system for 13 years before finding his career with AAA; both he and his wife studied and taught agriculture. In his free time, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in Medina.
