If your email address is not recognized, you likely have not created a password yet.



Once you have logged in using the above new process, you can change your email address on file to a new one as needed:

  1. Log in with your original/old email and password first
  2. Once logged in, visit the Primary Information page in My Account to change your email on file.
  3. Once you save on this page, the email address has been updated.
  4. The next time you log into you can use your new email address with the original password.
