What better way to explore New York State than a motorcycle road trip? Riding a motorcycle is a fun, cost-effective way to explore new places, and there are plenty of great trips you can take right here in New York.

Before you get your motorcycle out of the garage, remember the importance of motorcycle safety. Follow all traffic laws, including wearing a DOT-approved helmet. Check tire pressure and tread depth, and make sure your brakes, headlights and signal indicators are in working order.

Don't forget to add motorcycle coverage to your AAA membership, which will extend your road service benefits to your motorcycle, RV camper or motor home!

Also, make sure any cargo is secure and balanced, and adjust suspension and tire pressure to accommodate the extra weight.
