Laura Lee DeCinque, a retired marketing professional from Ellicottville, has been a AAA Member for decades. With a residence in Florida, friends in Canada, and family throughout New York State and Rhode Island, she’s relied on AAA’s roadside services during her many road trips for fixing flat tires, replacing batteries, towing, and more.

“Each year, AAA is one of our Christmas stocking gifts for our two boys. Even though they’re adults now, they kind of expect it,” DeCinque said. “My husband Greg and I have AAA Plus®, and then I have the same for the boys.”

Last year, as DeCinque approached the age of 65, she inquired with non-AAA Medicare consultation services. Her experiences left her with more questions than answers.

“I met with a firm locally that charged a fee for me to sit down with them for about 45 minutes, and I walked away from that not feeling that I had enough knowledge to make a decision,” she said.
