Get Ready to “WOAH” at Universal Orlando Resort

Hayley Schultz
family at Universal Orlando Resort

Universal Orlando Resort is the only place where you can “Woah” at every level imaginable. You know "Woah"...that feeling you can't quite describe when you just can't believe what you're seeing, experiencing or tasting at Universal: giggling at the mischievous Minions on Illuminations's "Despicable Me", looking right in the eye of a ferocious T-Rex on the new Jurassic World - The Ride, or soaring high above Hogwarts castle within The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Happily, in 2020 there are plenty of moments to “Let Yourself Woah”:

The Bourne Stuntacular

Opening in Spring 2020, this live-action show puts you in the middle of the action you’ve seen from Universal Pictures’ Bourne films. The Bourne Stuntacular will follow Jason Bourne around the globe as sinister characters pursue him. It will feature thrilling chase scenes, punishing fist fights, death defying leaps and danger at every turn. It will all happen in front of you with live performers, interactive props and an immense LED screen, making it impossible to determine where the live-action ends and the screen begins.

Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

Opens March 17th! The second "value" hotel at Universal Orlando, Dockside Inn and Suites give guests the feeling of being surrounded by the sea from the shore and catching the sunset from beneath a pier. This hotel features both standard rooms and 2-bedroom suites that sleep up to six, and guests receive exclusive theme park benefits, including Early Park Admission, free and easy transportation to and from the parks, and more.

Halloween Horror Nights – 30 Years of Horror

On select nights between September 10 – November 1, celebrate 30 years of being terrified. Experience haunted houses, sinister scare zones, and outrageous live entertainment from the world’s most notorious creators of horror.

New attractions make for great “Woah” moments, but don’t forget the tried and true that make Universal so exciting. For me personally, my favorite “Woah” moment is that first launch out of the tunnel on The Incredible Hulk Coaster. But it could also easily be Jurassic Park, or getting selected by the wand at Olivander’s Wand Shop, or the first sip of butterbeer, or the Mexican Hot Chocolate doughnut at Voodoo Doughnut, or…or…there are too many “Woahs” to list them all.
