As upstate New York’s largest member organization, AAA Western and Central New York (WCNY) is expanding our insurance product and service offerings to meet the needs of more than 865,000 members and our broader community.
The Club is hiring experienced insurance advisors as part of AAA’s growing investment in insurance.
Susan Schubbe, director of human resources and organization development with AAA WCNY, said the available positions feature a competitive base salary, plus a tiered incentive plan with a guaranteed first-year bonus. Top quartile agents have earned $90,000-plus along with a Club-paid annual trip.
“We are committed to continued investment and expansion in our AAA Insurance business with significant growth expected in 2023,” Schubbe said. “Hiring experienced insurance professionals is our top priority, and we would love to speak with qualified candidates about their background and career plans.”
AAA Insurance advisors work with CSAA, a AAA-branded insurance carrier, as well as 10-plus carriers in personal and commercial insurance and five-plus in life insurance.
