AAA Travel & Insurance Centers Closed to Walk-In Traffic

AAA Western and Central New York Taking Steps to Prevent Spread of Coronavirus

AAA branch locations

Dear Members,

Beginning on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, we will be closing our AAA Travel & Insurance Centers to walk-in traffic. This is an effort to keep our work environment as safe as possible for our hard-working associates and to protect the health of our members as well.

Many of our associates are working from home and are available to assist you over the telephone. Simply let us know what you need. We are here to help you during this difficult time. We can mail travel or insurance documents to you and conduct business as usual without an in-person meeting.

Thankfully, there are many ways to interact with AAA without stepping foot into an office. You can call AAA at 800-836-2582, reach travel directly at 800-937-1222, contact your AAA Travel Consultant or Insurance Agent directly over the phone, or visit us at www.AAA.com. You’ll find contact information listed for each individual office at www.AAA.com/Locations. We can even arrange a virtual group meeting.

Our Car Care Plus location in Clarence will remain open for automotive service only, but please remember to practice good hygiene and social distancing to keep everyone safe and healthy. Travel business is only via phone or email.

Please understand that this is part of our effort to be a good corporate citizen and we appreciate your patience as we work through this pandemic together.

Sincerely,
