Now the roadside service dispatch manager of AAA Western and Central New York, Fisher is proud that helping others is a central part of his job.

“This is often a terrible or catastrophic thing for them, for a (member’s) car not to work. And for you to have a part in getting them going again is really rewarding,” he said.

With an advancing career in a field that he’s passionate about, Fisher truly values the important service AAA provides to members.

“Our entire mentality is based on helping people and serving the community,” Fisher said. “Every day you’ll have a sense of accomplishment.”
